Contractor Information

All General Contractors are required to register with the City of Coppell every year and pay annual registration fees. Trade Contractors must hold a current state license and are also required to register with the City of Coppell.

General Information:

• Permits will not be issued until all contractors, including sub contractors, are registered.  
• Expired Contractor Registration prevents further inspections from being requested.  Registration expires one full year from the date of registration. 
• All contractors are required to provide proof of $1 million liability insurance.
