The Five-Year Forecast FY23-27 is an internal planning tool compiled to forecast the future needs of the city. City employees collaborate to create a Five-Year Forecast that can be used by our citizens to learn about the city and by staff as an internal planning tool. The goal of the Five Year Forecast process is to encourage staff to think about the future, educate citizens, and employees on the process of long-term planning, and create strategies that allow us to implement Vision 2040, maintain the City’s infrastructure, and continue to enhance our citizens' experience. Five Year Forecasts are published each spring.
